Team

The team behind the execution.

PAIM's strongest asset is its team: long-time market operators with complementary experience across transactions, finance, architecture, technical delivery, redevelopment and asset management.

We know how to work together across disciplines and across the full life of the asset — from selection and de-risking to execution, stabilisation and exit.

For capital entering Polish commercial real estate, that matters. The outcome depends not on one discipline, but on how investment judgement, technical reality, delivery control and market execution work together.

Why this team matters

Real estate value is delivered by coordinated judgement.

The best outcomes in Polish commercial real estate do not come from isolated expertise. They require transaction discipline, technical understanding, design judgement, delivery control, leasing logic and operational follow-through working together in one line.

PAIM brings those capabilities together in one team, so investors gain more than access or introductions. They gain a local operating partner that can read the asset, challenge the plan and carry it through.

One team across the full stack

Together, the team covers the full chain required to execute complex real estate situations in Poland.

Stabilisation

How we work together

Built to work as one team.

PAIM is not built as a loose network of advisers. It is built as a team of long-time market operators who understand each other's strengths, challenge each other's assumptions and work off a shared execution logic.

That matters because Polish commercial real estate rarely succeeds through one discipline alone. The decisive work happens at the junction of transaction judgement, planning, technical reality, leasing, delivery and timing.

Our edge comes from joining those disciplines early and carrying them through together.

Clear role ownership

Each discipline has a defined owner. There is no diffusion of responsibility across the execution chain.

Fast integrated decision-making

Because the team already works together, decisions that would stall a looser structure get resolved quickly.

One accountability line through execution

From asset selection to stabilisation and exit, the same team is accountable for the outcome.

Additional perspective

Strategic support where it adds value.

Selected advisors provide complementary perspective and relationships that strengthen the team's reach. Their role is to support, not to substitute for, the core operating team.
